Will any projector work with this product?

No, after testing several projectors, we have found that a minimum of 3,200 lumens is REQUIRED.  The best results were achieved with the Viewsonic PJD5255 and PJD7828.

When playing, sometimes the projected image disappears.  Why?

Most projectors and our microcomputer go to sleep with inactivity.  Just the nudge your mouse and it will come back on.


Can I create my own drills?

Yes, that is what makes our Training System so unique and sought after.  There a number of pool table diagramming tools that are easily accessible on the Internet.


When I take pictures to upload my own drills, do the pictures need to be perfectly square?

No, the Desktop Drill Calibrator tool will correct your images.


I opened the Pro Trainer and Game Trainer folders and nothing happened.  Why?

Our software is shipped with three unique category folders to help you organize and separate your drills.  We recommend you use the Pro Trainer folder for drills you upload from your owned pro books and materials.  The Game Trainer was added for any pool games you want to upload.  Target pool and billiard golf are a few fun game ideas.


I clicked on Drop Target and nothing happened.  Why?

Before you attempt to drop the target, you must first select one of the two targets types included in our software.  Go the APP>settings.  Left click on Target Select to bring up drop down menu and chose your target.


What is your return policy?

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.


Does pool table felt color matter?

Our product has been tested on several colors of felt and it has been successful on all of those tested.  Note: It is normal for projected images to be less clear on the side of the pool table furthest from the projector.


Do I need to re-calibrate my table after each session?

No, you only need to re-calibrate if you move your projector from it’s original position.


Does the Microcomputer need to be turned off when not in use?

No.


Can I time my drills?

Yes!  The Training System has a built in timer.  You can set it from 1 to 99 minutes.  When you use the timer feature, the Training System will automatically go from one drill to the next based on the number of minutes you program it for.


I turned on my projector and nothing showed up on my table.  Why?

If all of your connections are correct, it just may be a matter of “waking up” your microcomputer.  Simply click on the mouse to “wake up” the program.


Can I adjust the brightness of the projected images?

Yes, you can brighten or dim the projected images from pre-made drills.  However, you cannot change the brightness of the Ball Rack.


I have a drill projected on my table and I want to change up the location of the balls, can that be done easily?

Yes, the Training System has a “randomize” feature.  Right click to bring up menu and Left click randomize.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
